Mary Addison,
How are you already one month old? It seems like we just brought you home yesterday. You are growing so quickly and changing every single day! You are already taking 4 oz of formula in your bottles and starting to really fill out! The consensus seems to be that you look like your daddy. You are more alert now and starting to recognize our voices when we talk to you. You started sleeping in your big girl bed when you were only two weeks old! We are so proud that you are already such a good sleeper - you must know that your mommy and daddy really love to sleep too! . Mommy loves spending every day with you and really dreads when she has to go back to work.
I could just sit and talk to you and hold you all day (and some days that is what we do :)! You love your swing, your paci, and you even love to take naps swaddled in your crib! You love when mommy reads you night time stories and lets you listen to lullabyes on Pandora! Daddy thinks you like to watch Duck Commander but I tried to tell him you would rather watch the Style channel or E! ;). Bath time is not your favorite but you are starting to enjoy it a little bit more. You also aren't too crazy about tummy time yet- you prefer to just go to sleep.
When we brought you home you were in preemie clothes (even though you weighed 7lbs 3oz) but you quickly outgrew those and then your newborn clothes too! You are now in 0-3 months right, although some of them are still a little big. Mommy LOVES shopping for you and can't wait to be able to take you shopping with me. You have had a busy month and lots of visitors have come to meet you!
Your grandparents and great grandparents are all crazy about you and they love to buy you things! You also finally got to meet your big sister Maddie! We were worried she may be jealous of you but she seems to love you just as much as we do, and you seem to like her too! We can not wait to see all of the new things you learn to do and what the next months hold for you. Football season is coming up and daddy can't wait to take you to The Grove. I told him you're too little and will have to wait until next year, but in the mean time you have lots of cute Ole Miss gear to wear around the house and cheer for the Rebs in!
